TCC

The purpose of this research is to understand the relationship of the family/school the process of learning in the early years of elementary school. The family is the first reference and also the main responsible for intellectual and social development of the child. The relationship between family/school contributes to the performance of cognitive, emotional and physical skills and even avoid repetition and school evasion. For there to be a more effective partnership between parents and schools is necessary that the school becomes a place pleasurable and democratic that actually accepted the family as it is . Aims at verifying how the integration of the family can influence the process of learning and socialization. The methodology used in the research was qualitative, quantitative and through questionnaires intended for ten parents at a public school and ten parents of a private school, both located in the satellite town of Gama-DF, five public school teachers and five particular school teachers, also located in the city of Gama-DF. All questionnaires contained five objective questions on the topic. The research revealed that the relation family / school interfere much in school performance and consequently avoids the mishaps of learning and behavior and still makes the integration of the two most important institutions for social and intellectual development of the child.
